How do I enhance weapons/armor?

You can do this by talking to Fell in Meteor Pit, Fenwell in Thunder Hill, or Phoenix in San Joel. Gather the stones they need. As another option you can also buy  enhance stones from the Item Mall, as well as enhance items that improve the chance for the enhance to not fail. There are also items that will protect your equip from breaking.
